Processing and Dispatch

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. Processing may begin immediately after an order is placed and is not a guaranteed cancellation period.

Shipping and Delivery

Eligible orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping when the qualifying merchandise subtotal shown at checkout is at least $30. Available destinations, shipping services and final charges are displayed during checkout.

Depending on product availability and destination, orders may be dispatched from our fulfillment location in the United States or China. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Estimated transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination and fulfillment location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Tracking and Delays

When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after dispatch. Some services or destinations may provide limited tracking or delayed tracking updates.

If an order has not been delivered within 45 business days after dispatch, excluding the separately stated processing period, please contact us so that we can open an investigation. Exceeding 45 business days does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or reshipment.

Delivery Problems

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery address, entrances, mailboxes, safe locations, household members, neighbors and building staff before contacting the carrier and our support team.

A refund or reshipment is not automatic and will depend on the tracking records, investigation results, available evidence and applicable law.

Visible transit damage, an incorrect item or missing contents must be reported within 7 calendar days after carrier-recorded delivery to be reviewed under our standard store policy. Please retain the item, packaging and shipping label.

Customs

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges. Unless collected during checkout or applicable law requires otherwise, these amounts are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may begin processing immediately. If you wish to request a change or cancellation, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number and requested change.

Submitting a request within 24 hours does not guarantee that the order can be changed or canceled. A change or cancellation takes effect only after we confirm it in writing.

Returns

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, voluntary return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the carrier records the order as delivered. All returns require written authorization. Do not send, discard or donate an item before receiving our instructions and authorized return address.

Approved returns caused by a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection or subjective dissatisfaction with quality are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the returned item's actual price paid after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. The customer is also responsible for trackable return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Subjective dissatisfaction with quality does not include a confirmed defect, damage, incorrect item, missing contents or a material difference from the product description.

Problems With an Order

To be reviewed under our standard store policy, visible transit damage, an incorrect item or missing contents must be reported within 7 calendar days beginning on the date the carrier records the order as delivered. Claims reported after this period will not be accepted under our standard store policy. This reporting period does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please retain the item, packaging, labels and any relevant evidence.

If we confirm the problem, we will contact you to discuss the available options. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, these may include reshipment, replacement, a partial or full refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.
