We offer free shipping to customers in the United States when order over $30, otherwise, we will charge a fee based on the size and weight of the product.
We regret that due to geographic location, we will charge some shipping fee for customers from other locations based on the actual size and shipping address of the item.

Shipping From

We will choose to ship from our US or China warehouse depending on the actual order. Usually we keep stock in the US warehouse for a long time, but considering the surge of product sales during peak season, we may ship directly from our China warehouse.
Note: The goods in the U.S. warehouse are our standard styles, no customization is allowed, and any items that require customization are shipped from our China warehouse.

Shipping to over 200 countries

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. Should you wish to modify or cancel after payment, contact us within 12 hours. Post-shipping, order cancellation is not possible.

Order Refunds

Our delivery might take a few weeks, but rest assured the products are of premium quality and will provide you with protection and good luck for years to come.

Returning Items

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Always contact us before considering a return. If your request is approved, we'll instruct on the method: shipping back at your own cost(All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and potentially to our warehouse in China), dispose of the item, or donate it. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Fault on Our Side: Not delivered within 45 business days, receipt of a defective or wrong product, or discrepancies with the description will get a 100% refund.
• Issues from Customer's Side: For personal preference or quality dissatisfaction, a restocking fee of 25% applies.
• Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns for discounted items, gift cards, or customized products.
• EU 14-day Cooling-off Period: For EU shipments, you have 14 days to return without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, and return shipping will be at your expense.

Processing Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you about its status. If approved, expect your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Banks or credit card companies might need additional processing time. If there's a delay beyond 10 business days post-approval, contact us at support@evileyegallery.com.

Special Note

Though we strive for excellence, damages during transit might occur. Should this happen, notify us with product photos for assessment.

Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable if issues arise due to your errors, such as incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen external factors, like customs holds or natural disasters.

Delivery to Doorstep

Ensure an available recipient for package receipt. Non-collection could result in varying post office processes based on your location.
